Pets are limited to one per apartment and may not exceed twenty pounds at full growth. One additional pet may be allowed at management's discretion. Pet owners are required to pay a refundable $500.00 security deposit per pet. Pet records and photo are required for pet approval. Visiting pets are strictly prohibited.
